Truearo is an independent digital publication built to make software and online business decisions less confusing.
There is no shortage of tools that promise to help people work faster, sell more or run a better business. The difficult part is finding out what a product actually does, what it costs, where it falls short and whether it fits the work in front of you.
That is the problem Truearo is trying to solve.
What we cover
Our primary focus is software, AI tools, website builders, ecommerce platforms, productivity and practical business workflows. We publish comparisons, reviews and guides that help readers understand their options. A useful guide should tell you what to do next, not just repeat the marketing language of a product website.
Who is behind Truearo?
Truearo was founded by Redwan, who works in website development and digital business operations. The publication is growing its editorial library and review methods over time. We do not claim to have a large testing laboratory or a team of researchers where one does not exist.
How we approach recommendations
When we compare software, we identify who each product is for, the important costs, the likely trade-offs and the areas a reader should verify. We link to primary sources for changing facts such as plans and pricing. An article based on documentation is not represented as an independent hands-on test.
Ratings are not invented to make a page look complete. When we introduce testing or numerical scores, the method and evidence should be explained. Our Review Process and Editorial Principles describe the standards we are working toward.
How the publication is funded
Truearo intends to earn revenue through advertising, sponsorships and affiliate partnerships. Readers should be able to recognize commercial relationships, and recommendations should not be presented as independent testing when they are not. Read the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
